The Gut Guntrams lofts are three architecturally exceptional designer suites made of solid wood that seem to hover above the orchards and vineyards of Gut Guntrams.
Each of the three buildings boasts high, bright rooms, sunny loggias and around 60 square metres of living space. At ground level, each garden loft has a sunbathing lawn with granite bathtub and open-air shower.
The overnight price includes breakfast in the Veranda restaurant, access to the idyllic natural bathing pond and the crystal garden, which is well worth seeing, as well as parking spaces.
Each guest unit also includes Illy espresso, special teas, a sweet surprise as a welcome gift and a lavender bag as a give-away.

A relaxing weekend
My garden loft was spacious and clean. It’s modernly furnished with thoughtful details. The bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious with a modern mirror (with integrated lighting). I especially loved the large balcony, where I could sit in the spring sunshine and gaze at the vineyards. Each loft comes with a small garden area, complete with sun loungers and seating—very pleasant! In the evening, I ordered a meal to my room, and thanks to the thermal containers, it stayed almost hot and tasted very good. Breakfast is served, and it was very fine. I particularly want to highlight the friendliness of the staff and the management by Mr. Adelsberger. I felt very welcome and will gladly return.Walter

Everything about this place is amazing! To start with - the owner. With an easy and relaxed manor we had a perfect stay from the welcome to the goodbuys. The resort is uniq in design and facilities, very high maintenance and quality in all detailes. Blended briliently in small measures of natural farming mixed with wild gardening and surrounded by nature. Birds were the happy sounds, flowers and green the happy colors of our stay.A Speciall suprise was the magical, natural swiming pond, the kind you dream about but rearly find. Its here. We stayed for only two nights and hiked in the area, a short distance drive from viena or Gretz, and many exiting hiking nature trails, less than an hour away. already planning our next visit, hopfully for many times over.

Special accommodation in idyllic surroundings
The location is very easy to reach from the highway. The property is located in a village, it's very quiet and has beautiful surroundings, the garden and the orchard. The rooms in one of the villas are very spacious and the furniture very modern. The beds were very comfortable. The owner was extremely helpful to send and leave instructions for us how to get in when we arrived late in the evening and to prepare for us sandwiches in the morning when we left before it was the time for breakfast.We were in a rush to go and come back from the Grand Prix in Spielberg, and we felt it was a pity we couldn't spend enough time to enjoy even more this special accommodation.

Beautiful place, nice people!
I have had the pleasure of staying at the Gartenlofts a couple of times now, and I would say it is an experience that everyone should try at least once! The staff is very friendly, makes you feel very welcome, and you can always count on them. The location is beautiful, and the Gartenlofts are very unique. The whole place has a very calming atmosphere, the other visitors seemed very nice too. I would 100% recommend this place to everyone.Preview Photos

We were warmly welcomed by the host, the loft was very spacious, and the garden was beautiful. We really enjoyed the breakfast. The host and staff were always helpful and attentive.
