Everything was great, but the stand out for me was the self laundry service. It was so helpful that we were thinking why other hotels don’t provide this facility!! Coming to the room, it was super spacious with an unbelievable view. Starting from the front desk to the restaurant staff, everyone greeted us with a smile and always looking out to help. Over the course of our stay, on few occasions, we had dined at their in-house restaurant, and the food (as well as the service) was top notch

One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in!

Wonderful hotel in an exceptional location with stunning views. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed using the spa in the evenings. Lots of nice little touches such as smoothies each morning and fresh cookies at checkout. Convenient to Grindlewald centre but set apart enough to enjoy the beauty and peace of Switzerland.

The most wonderful hotel in Grindelwald

Felt the warmth of the staff and the lovely environment of the hotel as soon as we stepped through the door. Our room was excellent and the breakfast buffet was the best we’ve had in Europe. Housekeeping take extreme care in making your room is perfect every time they make up your room. The location is conveniently located right in front of a bus stop that takes you up the steep hill into town, otherwise if you’re keen for some uphill walking, it takes less than 10 minutes.

View and breakfast were AMAZING! Truly—my wife said the breakfast was the best she has ever had. The guest services and staff were incredibly kind and helpful! Went above and beyond at all times. Would come back anytime, and likely will!

Celebrating 30 years wedding anniversary. You gotta stay here !!

Friendly staff checking was fast and easy they held our luggages . The room was up to date with the decor . We ate for breakfast out in the balcony seeing the beautiful view of Grindewald. Breakfast had sooo many choices and it was delicious. After a long day we used the jacuzzi and the vaporized room. We also did laundry which they provided the detergent. Dinner we ate in one of their restaurants food was fresh and every thing I ate was delicious . Thank you for making our anniversary trip special. I have been around the world and Glacier boutique is one of the best .I will definitely miss this place and I highly recommend this hotel.
